Kindly be informed that returns are only applicable under the condition that you have thoroughly inspected the item upon delivery and are returning it to the same delivery personnel. Once the package has been opened, and you have accepted the item, we regret to inform you that return requests will not be accepted. However, we do offer the option of exchanging the product.


Please note that we do not entertain returns or exchanges based on personal preference, such as a change of mind or a dislike for the color or design. It is essential to consider this policy before making your purchase.

Should you opt for an return or exchange,inform us within 7 days. please be aware that, the process of exchange may take between 1 to 3 days for regular items and up to 25 days for pre-order items. We kindly request you to place your order with careful consideration, ensuring it aligns with your preferences.
 


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like  (such as all garments items Dress/clothes,Eyewear,Wrist Watches,Belt ,Jewellery), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us to adjust your order.

 

Refunds:

We would like to bring to your attention that, owing to various external factors including air flight disruptions, customs procedures, supply chain challenges, international market lockdowns, natural disasters affecting international markets, holidays, or unforeseen incidents occurring both in Bangladesh and with our international suppliers, there may be an additional delay of 25 days for the delivery of pre-order items. Consequently, we regret to inform you that partial payment refunds for pre-order items will only be processed after a total of 50 days from the initial purchase date.


It is important to note that, due to the extended timeframe for pre-order deliveries, any change of mind or request for a refund within the initial 20-25 days following your purchase will not be accommodated. We kindly urge you to place your order only after thoroughly understanding and accepting these conditions. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Stock or already delivered items refund will be cleared within 07 working days.


European Union 14 day cooling off period:


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
